Balsamic Pearls are ideal to garnish and decorate many dishes and here are some suggested uses:

  • Scatter  over roast meats, chicken or seafood
  • use them to highlight the flavors of everything from vegetables and salads to fresh fruit, ice cream and desserts.
  • Scatter them over smoked salmon and sour cream on rye bread with a few herbs
  • Sprinkle over vanilla ice cream and strawberries
  • Scatteri over deviled eggs, fish , pizzaa or atop a mozzarella in a caprese salad.
  • Add a chic touch of color and texture to a grilled pork roast, filet mignon or lamb chops.
  • Use to garnish a chilled gazpacho soup
  • Slice some avocados and mozzarella cheese. Drizzle over extra virgin olive oil, Balsamic Pearls and shredded mint
  • Scatter over tomato and basil bruschetta
