 This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena  has a density of 1.30 and is a blend of cooked grape must 69% and wine vinegar aged in oak casks with no caramel colour added.

PLATINUM LABEL

 This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena  has a density of 1.34 and is a blend of cooked grape must 80% and wine vinegar aged in oak casks with no caramel colour added.

SILVER LABEL

This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena  has a density of 1.25 and is a blend of cooked grape must  65% and wine vinegar aged in oak casks with no caramel colour added. Ideal for salad dressings, sauces and marinades.

GOLD LABEL - WHITE

 This Product has a density of 1.30 and is a blend of concentrated grape must 69% and wine vinegar aged in oak casks

This is a dense and syrupy dressing made in Modena and does not colour the dishes.
